We’re thrilled to announce that we have launched a solar panel competition to help local communities benefit from the low carbon, low cost electricity provided by solar panels.
Using funding from our GMCR Community Fund, we are inviting charities to apply for up to £10,000 towards the purchase and installation of solar panels on their building.
The competition is open to charities in Greater Manchester. Applicants must have a quote from an MCS accredited solar PV installer.
Applicants do not need to own the building to apply but must have access to their energy use data and be able to show the building owner’s permission.
